Tim at the front desk was great! I accidentally booked the wrong room. I told Tim at the front desk about my mistake and he got me fixed up with the correct room, no questions asked! He was very friendly too! Great location and quiet. The king suite with the whirlpool was amazing. The bed and pillows where comfy. It was well kept and clean.

The people were very nice. Breakfast was awesome. The room was great. I told my sister about the place. They were able to get a room as well. We only had a problem with towels on the last day. The maid didn't bring either of our rooms back towels.

we were greeted by friendly staff w/ a smile. They changed our room to a lower floor when we realized there was no elevator. Room was very clean, when we had trouble w/ the TV, they were quick to respond.
